Liberty Insurance Services Corporation/Genelco Partners with Elite Document Solutions, Inc. to Offer Clients Faster and Cleaner Distribution of Business Documents

St. Louis, Missouri (July 31, 2001) - Liberty Insurance Services Corporation (LIS) today announced an alliance between Elite Document Solutions, Inc. (former FORMation mg Lead Developers), based in Lake Forest, CA, and the Genelco Software Division of LIS. Through this alliance, Elite Document Solutions will offer Genelco software clients two distinct solutions: eliteFORM and eliteMAIL (formerly flashFORM400 and flashMAIL400). Elite Document Solutions, Inc. software runs on the IBM eServer iSeries (AS/400) and will enhance the distribution of business documents through its electronic dispersion capabilities. This strategic partnership will allow Genelco clients to expedite and streamline business processes, and reduce waste, inventory and labor costs.

eliteFORM provides the basic merge operation of the eServer iSeries (AS/400)-spool files or database files with clients’ designed forms. Intuitive pop-up menus easily prompt users for the characteristics of the form or check application. Users of the software will be able to output business documents into PCL or PDF format and route forms to laser or MICR printers, e-mail, fax or graphical form view. eliteFORM has conditional multi-part form set processing and signature/graphic calling and will also support bar coding.

Users of eliteMAIL will be able to email messages directly from their Genelco software and attach spool files in TEXT, HTML, PDF, PCL, RTF and many more formats. A beneficial feature of the software is its ability to auto-burst business documents such as invoices and purchase orders into selected portions to be e-mailed automatically and unattended. Elite Document Solutions’ eliteMAIL also attaches spool files with overlaid graphics from Elite Document Solutions’ eliteFORM and allows eServer iSeries (AS/400) objects to be sent as file attachments.
