This report will include pertinent information such as, the check number, check date, check amount and the payee information. This report will be sent electronically to your bank at the users pre-determined scheduled time. Your bank then has the capability to match the checks being honored for your company against this report. If a check is not listed on this report and the bank honors the check, the liability is then offset to bank. This module alone has proven to significantly decrease fraudulent check processes that every company is exposed to day to day.
